Kansas Code Plans LLC is owned by David Stauth AIA, a licensed architect who has worked on all kinds of projects all over the country and in Kansas. After 12 years in the private sector, I have taken a job as an architect for the state, but I still have a strong desire to stay connected and help the residential care & group home, church, and business community.

Kansas Code Plans is a small one-man architectural firm that focuses on small remodels and producing Code Plans (also called Code Footprints) as required to have on file with the City and State Fire Marshal's offices. I am located and work in the Wichita area and surrounding region, but I can and will do work all over Kansas. I also have a licensed engineer in the Kansas City area with whom I work with for jobs located in that part of the state.

I specialize in code plans for Home Plus', Group Homes, Churches, Health Care facilities and more. Kansas Code Plans values every project no matter the size, and we will devote more attention to you at a lower cost than anyone in the state.

I love being involved in the community, and helping business' with budget-friendly code plans is one way I have found that I can serve people. So while I have a day job, I like to spend my free time helping my clients "Navigate the State." Along the way, I have also encountered folks who just like working with me, and they trust that I'll listen to them to design the project that THEY want.
